Cookies

No ads, no tracking. Just what the site needs to keep you signed in and keep bots out.

1. The cookies we use

We use only cookies the site needs to work. The law calls these “strictly necessary”, so we don’t need to ask first, and you won’t see a cookie banner.

Cookie	Why	How long
la_session	Keeps you signed in.	Until you sign out, or 30 days after your last visit
la_did	A random number for your device, so our team can spot one person running several accounts. It holds no personal details.	2 years
la_oauth	Only while you sign in with Google: it keeps that sign-in safe.	10 minutes
Cloudflare Turnstile	Tells people from bots on our forms.	For your visit

2. Storage on your device

The door check-in page saves the guest list on the door team’s phone, so check-in works without signal. Tapping “Finish and clear this phone” removes it.

3. What we don’t use

We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cookies that follow you to other sites. If we ever add visitor statistics that need consent, we ask you first and you can say no.

4. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you can still browse, but you can’t sign in. See our Privacy Policy for more on your data.
